Refund policy

Every Boat-A-Bing! shirt is made to order and printed just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a big box store. Please read this before you buy.

Wrong size, color, or change of mind

Because each item is printed on demand when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes or not sure which to pick, email us at info@boatabing.com and we will help.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to ship the item back to us.

Just email info@boatabing.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will take care of it.

Wrong or missing items

If you received the wrong item, or part of your order is missing, email info@boatabing.com with your order number and we will sort it out right away.

Lost or stuck shipments

If your tracking has not updated or your package seems lost in transit, reach out and we will work with the carrier to track it down or send a replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank to post the credit.
